Spider-Man Might Get Featured In Invincible Season Finale

Spider-Man is living in an exciting period; its own universe gave birth to one of the worst superhero films ever, and one trilogy from its genesis brewed one of the best films of all time. But here we are, talking about one upcoming collaboration that might change crossovers and, for that instance, cinema.

Now, talking about the comics part, Invincible often had crossovers with other superheroes, including DC and Marvel. The most entertaining one came from the Spider-Man team-up, and fans are wanting to see more of this team-up.

Talking with the fans, Josh Keaton managed to twig some spark in the fans while communicating with them, stating that he is “playing a character in one of the episodes”.

Why did it spark the Spider-Man link-up?

Keaton has featured in the Spectacular Spider-Man cartoon and various Spider-Man video games, playing roles from Peter Parker to Electro. He made a cameo in Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, alongside numerous other Spider-Men.

What are the makers saying?

See, the chances are impossible, though crossovers are common in the comics, it’s difficult to pull off when it comes to animations or live actions; licensing is a complicated issue there.

But the makers themselves clarified something, “Would that we could pull the powers of Amazon and Disney and Marvel and everybody together! Wouldn’t that be an amazing thing? But I wouldn’t count on it. And that’s not a tease.”

So, speculation is the only thing the fans can do before part 2 of the second season drops on Prime Video, and if you haven’t marked the calendars, it’s coming on March 14th.
