Standup Comedian Andrew Schulz Dropping Special On Netflix!!

Standup comedian, YouTuber and podcaster Andrew Schulz is getting his own comedy special titled ‘Schulz Saves America’. The 4-part comedy series will be streaming on Netflix very soon. And Schulz having a Netflix special is quite funny because he once claimed on his podcast that “Netflix is done”. Well, the joke’s on him.

Andrew Schulz is a comedian who came to prominence through his YouTube channel. He wasn’t getting the traction he needed while working comedy clubs, so he decided to tape himself and dropped them as shorts on YouTube. They became instant hits and he didn’t look back. Schulz is well known for his crowd work – meaning that if he doesn’t have enough material, he usually talks to random members of the crowd and tries to get material from their name, experience, work, etc. and he then makes jokes in a situational context (usually).

The promotional video for Netflix’s ‘Schulz Saves America’ dropped a few hours ago. Like any other comedy special promo video, this video featured the main comedian, Schulz and the short 1-minute video was funny. He introduced himself in the promo video, goes on a small funny rant about why Netflix won’t allow him to say anything from his stand-up routine from the series and then nearly 80 percent of what he says afterwards gets “bleeped” out. He ends the rant with a funny one-liner “How is any of that controversial?”

This is the tag line shown at the end of the promo video. The standup comedian shows that he won’t be afraid to touch on some controversial and sensitive topics during his special with this tagline and we can’t wait for the special to drop.

Andrew Schulz’s ‘Schulz Saves America’ will be streaming on Netflix on Thursday, 17th December 2020. Check out the promotional video here:
