The morning in India marked the Oscars 2022 show. Needless to say that it is the biggest award for cinema in the world. This year belonged to AppleTV+. They had 3 nominations for CODA and they grabbed all three awards. On the other hand, Netflix’s The Power Of The Dog had 12 nominations but left with only one award.
It seems like a serious injustice to the masterpiece The Power Of The Dog was as controversies and Oscars go hand in hand. But the crown for controversy goes to Will Smith who slapped Chris Rock after the latter passed an undesirable remark on the former’s wife.
