Streaming-Now-Inside-Edge-Season-2---The-stakes-get-higher-as-the-game-gets-murkierAmazon Prime Video’s breathlessly-awaited Season 2 of its marquee Original show, Inside Edge, has finally dropped on the streaming platform, much to the excitement of the humongous number of its fans.

The series returns this season with the entire cast of S1 in tow, comprising Richa Chadha, Vivek Oberoi, Sanjay Suri, Sayani Gupta, Tanuj Virwani, Siddhanth Chaturvedi and Angad Bedi. There is the addition of several new faces this season, notably, Sapna Pabbi, Luke Kenny, Aamir Bashir, Makarand Deshpande, among others.

The narrative promises to get darker and more sinister this season, as the tussle for power gets more explosive and the behind-the-scenes machinations get murkier. The protagonists discover that they may be able to tackle the foes behind enemy lines, but what of the enemies within?

That this season will be more thrilling than ever can be gleaned from what Vivek Oberoi shared at a press briefing:

“We can just say it is as riveting as a Virender Sehwag inning.”

This season will also reveal the answer to the mystery – who is Bhaisahab? The enigmatic, larger-than-life character was only heard, and never seen, in Season 1.

Farhan Akhtar and Riteish Sidhwani of Excel Entertainment, return as showrunners, while Karan Anshuman remains the director and principal writer of the season, along with a supporting team of writers.

And that’s all the dope on the new season of Inside Edge. All ten episodes streaming now on Amazon Prime Video.
