Streaming Now: Marathi Movie DNA, on Amazon Prime, Explores the Realities of Having a Genetically Engineered Baby

Amazon Prime Video has come up with its latest streaming release – DNA, a Marathi movie with an infinitely intriguing premise. The movie was made entirely in the USA, and deals with the realities of engineering the genetics and DNA of your unborn child, thus fiddling with the laws of nature.

A woman with a genetic disease, decides to undergo a biological experiment to produce a healthy baby with her DNA. Little does she know, becoming a parent is far more than just carrying your DNA to the baby. Phew, that’s quite a compelling description and an intriguing proposition.

Directed by Ashay Javadekar, and starring Akshay Anaokar, Rushikesh Sane, Actor. Prajakta Karandikar, Manasi Bedekar, and Maitreyi Sane, the movie received rave reviews when it was first released.
