In a recent interview, actors Aparshakti Khurana and Abhishek Banerjee have confirmed that the script of ‘Stree 3’ is already being written and much of it is complete. And it will not take such a long time as ‘Stree 2’ did.
‘Stree 2’ is doing spectacular business at the box office and it has gone bigger than the first movie in the franchise. It is quite unexpected for a movie of such a small budget to do such record business. And the makers have said that ‘Stree 3’ will be of epic scale and more ambitious than the previous two movies.
Akshay Kumar’s cameo has already made fans speculate whether the actor will be playing the main villain in the next movie. There are also rumours of actors like Ayushman Khurana and Rashmika Mandanna joining the horror universe. Whether it will be Stree 3 that merges all the horror stories of ‘Stree’, ‘Bhediya’ and ‘Munjya’ or something else is not known yet. But surely fans are expecting a banger.
One thing that worries audiences is that the beginning of the horror universe was humble grounded. But with the constant increment of budget and expectations, there is a possibility of losing touch from the stories in coming days. However, Aparshakti Khurana and Abhishek Banerjee seem perfectly confident in ‘Stree 3’.
