Just yesterday, Binged reported that there is some serious trouble with subtitles on the platform. Netflix India is currently testing a lot of features on their platform to curb password sharing and so on, but it is highly unlikely that the user’s software should be affected by this.
Netflix India is never known for bugs or poor quality user experience but in the past few weeks, a lot of complaints are dropping in. We also pointed out that the automatic deduction of the subscription fee is another BIG problem users face in the app.
But now, we came across some new problems. Users are finding trouble even in streaming titles of their choice. An unknown code pops up and users can’t stream what they wanted. Even a message appears saying “Netflix has encountered a problem. Retrying in n seconds”.
This kind of experience is never expected from Netflix because their content might be substandard according to the competition but their customer support and brilliant service were always a matter of appreciation.
When Netflix India boasts to be the most expensive OTT platform in India then they must listen to users and make sure that such problems never occur.
