The trailer for Kichcha Sudeep‘s much-awaited fantasy action adventure film ‘Vikrant Rona‘ is out. The film hits theatres on July 28. The trailer is dark and deceptive, with Kichcha Sudeep playing a never seen before role. He is the saviour, a messiah of sorts, in a godforsaken place that is evil personified.
The plot of Vikrant Rona is a bit confusing and unclear at first glimpse of the Vikrant Rona trailer. Murders take place with gruesome regularity, scores of people disappear into thin air, and there’s a chilling feeling of foreboding in the air. Vikrant Rona, the man who knows no fear, arrives in the grim, forested place, to face-off against an unknown monster – the devil. But is Vikrant Rona truly who he says he is? Or is he the devil in the garb of the saviour?
Jacqueline Fernandez makes a fleeting, one-shot appearance in the trailer. She’s playing the exotic-sounding “Gadang Rakkamma”, aka Raquel D’Costa, in the film. We also get glimpses of co-actors Nirup Bhandari and debutant actress Neetha Ashok in the Vikrant Rona trailer.
Interestingly, Vikrant Rona will release in 3D, adding to the excitement of a fantasy action adventure and thriller. The film will release worldwide in multiple languages – Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and English. Bollywood actor Salman Khan is distributing Vikrant Rona in Hindi.
Vikrant Rona is a fantasy action adventure film, written and directed by Anup Bhandari, and produced by Jack Manjunath under his banner, Shalini Arts. Kiccha Sudeep and Alankar Pandian are co-producers of the film.
