An enthralling motion poster for Suriya 42 is here and it will keep you asking for more. The film marks first such collaboration between Suriya and director Siva and is currently filming.
The motion poster is as long as a trailer and feels like watching a film’s opening credits. An eagle is seen soaring high up in the sky and then suddenly folds its wings close and starts to stoop down through the clouds to reach an open landscape with fire pits scattered all over the place.
While the bird is progressing towards land, the video offers glimpses of war tribes or clans like Arathar, Venkaater, Mandaankar, Mukaatar, and Perumanathaar in full battle mode. It’s towards the the end that one can see Suriya’s back. He is dressed in warrior’s attire with an axe in his hands and arrows and spear tied around his back.
Starring Suriya and Disha Patani in lead roles, Suriya 42 will release in theatres in 10 languages. Touted to be a majestic, stunning and prestigious project, the film is a Devi Sri Prasad musical and is directed by Siva.
