It was May 18, when Prime Video released Panchayat Season 2. On June 17, Prime Video released another series ‘Suzhal: The Vortex‘ on a much grander scale.
Both the series got rave reviews and immense love from the audience. It is a really great thing for not only the streamers but for the audience as well.
Prime Video is known for great shows which connect with the masses. The Family Man, Panchayat and Pataal Lok are some notable examples. Unfortunately, things were not working out for them for the past few months.
Bestseller, Modern Love Mumbai, and Guilty Minds failed to create a buzz amongst the audience and remained restricted to a certain niche.
However, Panchayat Season 2 and Suzhal The Vortex are breaking the buzz block and helping Prime Video revive again.
A big problem which remained for Prime Video is with dubbing. They hardly dubbed their international or original shows in Indian languages and the audience always whined about it.
They have taken a gargantuan leap by releasing Suzhal The Vortex in 5 Indian languages and 10 International languages. Not only that, the subtitles are available in 20 foreign languages. It is an insanely big step in providing global access to Indian shows and Prime Video deserves praise for that.
Let’s see if Prime Video continues this consistency of good shows with great marketing.
