Swwapnil Joshi’s ‘Bali’ Sets Us up for a Horrifying Mystery!

By Binged Bureau - Mar 18, 2021 @ 03:03 pm

Regional cinema has been making a lot of waves and with the recent trust that is being placed in such industries, their projects are being created on a much larger scale than ever. Swwapnil Joshi has made a name for himself in the Marathi entertainment industry with his versatility and power-packed performances. Swwapnil Joshi Starrer Bali has unveiled its teaser and it has set up a unique theme.

Bali is Swwapnil Joshi’s first time working on a horror film and the actor has been breaking stereotypes for some time now. He is also one of the Marathi actors who had a sensational digital debut with the Marathi web series Samantar which received a lot of praises from audiences and critics alike. Pooja Sawant will also be seen in a lead role alongside Swwapnil Joshi in Bali.

Bali is directed by Vishal Furia (known for Lapachhapi) and produced by Arjun Singh Baran and Kartik D Nishandar who have also produced other stellar projects like Samantar 1 & 2, Naxalbari, Mogra Phulala, and Bonus.

The teaser is set up in a way that doesn’t reveal much yet manages to create an underlying melancholic tone to it with an impressive background score which will give you chills. The teaser shows Swwapnil Joshi exploring the haunted Jansanjeevni Hospital with a flashlight as Pooja Sawant plays the role of a doctor. The teaser of ‘Bali’ also leaves us with the question ‘Who is Elizabeth?’ as it somehow seems an essential part of the plot of this film.

Bali will release in theatres on 16th April.
