Hoichoi’s bengali shakespearean saga’s second instalment is knocking at your door step.
Yes you read it right! directed by Arpan Garai, and Anirban Bhattacharya as the creative director, “Talmar Romeo Juliet” will be streaming on Hoichoi from 15th November.
This much anticipated series introduces newcomers Debdutta Raha and Hiya Roy in the iconic roles of Romeo and Juliet, marking a very unique debut in Bengali entertainment.
The characters of Debdutta Raha as Rana, Hiya Roy as Jahanara, Anirban Bhattacharya as Mostaq, Anujoy Chattopadhyay as Somnath embodies intense passion and conflict central to “Talmar Romeo Juliet”.
This saga’s first instalment “Mandaar” was also appreciated by the audience as it gave an unique touch to the good old classic tragedy, “Macbeth”.
