‘Veeran’ is a superhero film, written and directed by ARK Saravan. It is produced by Sathya Jyothi Films. The film stars Hiphop Tamizha, who’s also composed the music for ‘Veeran’. Besides Hiphop Tamizha, the film stars Aadhi, Vinay Rai, Athira Raj, Munishkanth, Kaali Venkat R.Badree and Sassi Selvaraj in pivotal roles.
The plot of ‘Veeran’ centres on 15-year-old Kumaran, who lives Veeranor, a small village in Coimbatore. One day, the boy is struck by lightning and goes into a coma. When he awakes from his coma, he realises that he has now got lightning and mind-controlling superhero abilities. Along with his superhero endeavors, ‘Veeran’ also sheds light on the social ills plaguing small-town India.
