Netflix’s first Swedish feature film ‘Red Dot‘ teaser is out. The film is an action-thriller set in the beautiful backdrop of Sweden’s mountains. ‘Red Dot’ will release globally on Netflix on 11th February, 2021.
The teaser begins with a couple on a romantic ski trip to snow laden mountains with their dog named Boris. The trip was going all fun until they heard a weird noise at night while lying down in their tents. Soon they see red laser dot targeting them and the fun trip quickly turns into a nightmare as they run for their lives into the wilderness with an unknown shooter targeting them constantly.

‘Red Dot’ stars Nanna Blondell as Nadja, Anastasios Soulis as David, Tomas Bergström as Rolle, Kalled Mustonen as Jarmo, Johannes Bah Kuhnke as Einar, Thomas Hanzon as Tomas and Anna Azcárate as Mona.
As per Netflix, ‘Red Dot’ “follows David (Anastasios Soulis) and Nadja (Nanna Blondell), a couple in their late twenties, who’ve been struggling with their marriage. When Nadja becomes pregnant they make an attempt to rekindle their relationship and decide to travel to the magnificent expanses in the north of Sweden for a ski hike. But after what started as a quarrel with two local hunters, their romantic trip slowly turns into a nightmare. Soon, a red laser dot appears in their tent and they are quickly forced to flee into the cold, unforgiving wilderness. Totally isolated in the mountains, they are now being pursued by reckless shooters. Meanwhile, during this sadistic hunt, the couple’s past also comes back to haunt them.”
Alain Darborg has not only directed ‘Red Dot’ but also written its script along with Per Dickson. Director of photography is Benjam Orre, Therese Sandersson stands for the make-up design, Christian Olander for set design and Nicolas Olivier Richard for costume design.
SF Studios’ Anna Odenhall and Niklas Larsson have produced Netflix’s ‘Red Dot’ that has been made in collaboration with Film i Dalarna.
