With its impressive booking numbers, it is already creating a stir ahead of its September 5 release date in theaters. With a few days left until its official release, the Tamil film Pan-India is expected to have an incredible first day at the box office.
For its first day of sales, the intense action performer has already sold Rs 11cr worth of tickets. Vijay’s previous blockbuster ‘Leo’ garnered a gross of Rs 76 Crores on the opening day and the expectations from GOAT are the same. Per Sacnik, the upcoming action thriller has already made Rs 16 Crores at the pre-sales in Tamil Nadu and the US making it more than Vijay’s ‘Beast’, which came out in 2022.
GOAT has made Rs 1.3 Crore in Kerala, 3.4 Crore in Karnataka, and Rs 4 Lakhs as well as Rs 2 Lakhs in Maharashtra and Delhi respectively. Having such a huge PAN Indian response, it can also be Vijay’s final film before entering into politics.
Several additional screens and shows have also been added to meet the high demands of GOAT. The film is supposed to be released on more than 5,000 screens making it accessible to the masses all around the country. It will be monumental to see Vijay in a dual role with such hype and anticipation as critics and analysts await for the grand launch of GOAT on 5th September.
