The Warrens are back with yet another spine-chilling case. Yes, the famous paranormal investigator duo is back with the brand new trailer of The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It, the third installment of The Conjuring trilogy.
Earlier yesterday, Warner Bros. dropped the trailer of The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It and we are already hopeful that this film will bring back the golden age of horror movies. The trailer looked extremely scary and filled with such sequences which will take the fans into edge of their seats which James Wan and Co. has been able to do since the beginning of this horror franchise.
The story of The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It reportedly revolves around the trial of Arne Cheyenne Johnson, aka the “Devil Made Me Do It” case where Arne Cheyenne Johnson from Connecticut was convicted for the killing of his landlord, Alan Bono. This was the first known court case in the history of America in which the convict defended himself by claiming that he was the victim of demonic possession. This was one of the most publicized cases of demonologists Ed and Lorraine Warren.
Apart from Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga reprising their much-talked-about roles of Ed and Lorraine Warren, Ruairi O’Connor will portray Arne Cheyenne Johnson. The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It is directed by Michael Chaves and produced by Peter Safran alongwith James Wan. Wan has also co-wrote the story with David Leslie Johnson-McGoldrick.
The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It is set to release in the United States on June 4, 2021 with a month-long simultaneous release on the HBO Max on the same date and after watching this terrifying trailer, we just can’t wait to watch it on the big screen!
