Fans of the popular spy thriller on Amazon Prime Video, ‘The Family Man’, can look forward to the release of Season 2 of the series very soon, as creators Raj & DK have just announced the wrap-up of the shoot.

So now that the shoot is officially over, fans can expect a release date for the show soon.
Amazon Prime Video’s spy thriller, The Family Man, is certainly one of the most popular shows created in India for streaming. Bollywood writer-directors Raj & DK, the brains behind the series, have weaved a fine narrative that packs in all the ingredients of a compelling web series – action, drama, suspense, emotions and humour, the show has everything in just the right doses. The show has set a high entertainment benchmark in its first season itself.
That is the reason why fans have been waiting for the release of its sequel with heightened anticipation and enthusiasm. Starring Manoj Bajpayee in the title role of Srikant Tiwari, the family man and closet spy, The Family Man was an unequivocal hit when it released last year.
It also stars Priyamani, Sharib Hashmi, Neeraj Madhav, Sharad Kelkar and Gul Panag in vital roles. Most of the primary cast from Season 1 returns in Season 2, along with one notable addition – that of well-known Tamil and Telugu actress, Samantha Akkineni.
Fans are waiting breathlessly for closure, as the first season of the show had ended on a terrifying cliffhanger.
