The Great Indian Murder has been announced by Disney+Hotstar. Yesterday, Hotstar released a highly confusing teaser in which a media person was talking about Vicky Rai.
They did not announce any release date or even the name of the show. But now we have all the details to tell you about the return of Pratik Gandhi.
Everybody knows Harshad Mehta from Scam 1992 and it helped Pratik Gandhi garner immense popularity on OTT.
Regardless, the trailer is extremely confusing. It starts on an eerie note then it vibes thrill. In the latter part of the trailer, the background score gives us some major comedy feel. And soon after that, the action sequences make us feel like a crime drama.
This is an absolutely baffling trailer but that doesn’t make it bad. Usually, trailers of Hindi movies or series serve us the plot summary on a platter.
This however is completely different and something entirely new. We all are aware of the capabilities Pratik Gandhi and Richa Chaddha possess as an actor.
The series is based on a book called “Six Suspects” by Vikas Swaroop.
Ajay Devgn is producing it while Tigmanshu Dhulia is helming the direction. The trailer certainly promises us something innovative and roller coaster type.
The Great Indian Murder will be available to stream from 4th February onwards.
