When the third season of ‘The Legend Of Hanuman’ will be streaming is finally revealed. It is an animated show on the popular Hindu god created for Hotstar by Sharad Devarajan, Jeevan J. Kang and Charuvi Agrawal. The teaser came out long ago and fans had been waiting for the release dates eagerly. The exact date is not known yet, but the show will stream from January next year.
There is a huge fan following for the show, that includes not only kids, but people from all ages. It is available to watch in 7 languages: Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Marathi; which is quite an unique approach for an animated mythological drama. The previous two seasons Have a total of 26 episodes, directed by Jeevan J. Kang and Navin John.
In the third season, Hanuman will be taking on the king of Lanka Raavan. He wrecks havoc in the kingdom of Lanka and everybody gasps in awe. The teaser showed Raavan asking Hanuman who he is, because a simple ‘Vanara’ cannot kill such powerful Rakshasas or escape from the weapons of Indrajit.
The actors voicing different characters in the show are: Sanket Mhatre as Shree Ram, Surbhi Pandey as Sita, Damandeep Singh Baggan as Hanuman, Vikrant Chaturvedi as Sugreev, Richard Joel as Lakshmana, Sharad Kelkar as Ravana, Rohan Jadav as Teenage Ravana, Shakti Singh as Jambavana. The actors from previous seasons will be returning to reprise their roles.
If you are looking for good content based on the stories of Ramayana and Mahabharata or if you are currently heartbroken by the exploitation of the stories as in ‘Adipurush’, you might like ‘The Legend Of Hanuman’ which seems to be a very dedicated and passionate tale. The season 3 premieres in January 2024.
