When the first trailer of The Monkey Man got released then we went gaga over it. Well, the second trailer is here after the rave reviews and it is nothing less than phenomenal. It is an action-packed adventure with Dev Patel’s latest movie, “Monkey Man”! Patel, known for his roles in “Slumdog Billionaire” and “Slumdog Millionaire,” makes his directorial debut with this thrilling action film.
In “Monkey Man,” Patel plays a young man seeking revenge against the corrupt leaders who killed his mother and hurt the poor in his city. Inspired by the legend of Hanuman, a powerful mythological figure, he takes on a secret identity and fights in underground matches to survive.
But when he discovers a way to confront the powerful and sinister elite, he unleashes his fury and seeks justice for the wrongs done to him and his community. Have a look at the trailer and it is just amazing. The action scenes, cinematography, and everything leave you awestruck.
Dev Patel is a more than good actor but his direction looks even more promising through the trailer.
