‘The Penguin’ New Teaser: Sofia & Oswald Join Forces To Rule Over Gotham

‘The Penguin’ New Teaser Sofia & Oswald Join Forces To Rule Over Gotham

“There’s a storm coming!” Indeed there is Mr. Cobblepot! A new teaser promo clip for Colin Farrell’s upcoming “The Penguin” series has surfaced, teasing an alliance between Oswald Cobblepot and Sofia Falcone (Cristin Milioti).

The latest clip teases that Oz and Sofia will be working together to build a new criminal empire in Gotham after Carmine Falcone’s demise in The Batman (2022). However, some reports have indicated that it was Oz who was responsible for putting Sofia in Arkham for her psychopathic murder stints. Well, this alliance is not going to live long, that’s for sure!

While rumors suggested Robert Pattinson’s return as Batman in The Penguin, it seems the Caped Crusader won’t be part of the series. This absence could benefit the show’s protagonist as he seeks to become Gotham’s new crime boss. Additionally, The Penguin might set the stage for Pattinson’s The Batman: Part Two.

Apart from Farrell and Milioti, The Penguin is jam-packed with plenty of acting talents, including Rhenzy Feliz as Victor Aguilar, Michael Kelly as Johnny Vitti, Shohreh Aghdashloo as Nadia Maroni, Deidre O’Connell as Francis Cobb, Clancy Brown as Salvatore Maroni, Michael Zegen as Alberto Falcone, Theo Rossi as Julian Rush, Carmen Ejogo as Eve Karlo, and more.

The Penguin is set to premiere on HBO on September 19. Stay tuned for more updates. Enjoy the new teaser clip below!
