The Unexplored Side of Sunny Leone

It’s a pity that the entertainment industry often judges and stereotypes its female actors for their murky past and previous relationships – Sunny Leone being no exception. The actress has been working hard to make her presence felt in films and web series over the years, but sadly not many filmmakers have imagined her beyond a seductress. However, looks like the industry is in the cusp of change.

From what we hear, Sunny has been offered to act in a comedy web series to be streamed on a leading OTT platform, for which she has given a green signal. Tightlipped about the project in a recent interview, she conveyed her happiness in making the audiences smile with her antics in the show. Reportedly, the makers of the show were quite surprised about the actor’s unexplored comic side and were keen to present her in a new avatar.

Will it be an adult comedy? We may not have an answer to that yet. However, in a rare case of a mainstream actor standing up for a social cause, she plans to donate her remuneration from the series to St Catherine’s home. Sunny and her husband have been planning for long to do their bit for the home and she found this project to be the right time.

Besides, Sunny will also be seen in a horror series titled Koka Kola soon.
