Marvel right now is high with its superb content. With records being broken with every new series that’s being released, Marvel is ruling the game at the moment. Not only the series, but Marvel is also all geared up to release its Phase 4 movies, which starts with the highly anticipated Black Widow, and within a few months we will be getting Shang Chi and The Legend of The Ten Rings and also The Eternals. So, as far as content is considered, Marvel isn’t disappointing fans at all. But, no matter what, fans are going to definitely ask for more, and this time it is about another much-awaited Marvel movie.
In a recent interview, there were questions asked about Marvel’s “Fantastic Four” movie. The movie was announced as a part of Phase 4 and most possibly the movie will be the one ending the 4th phase. Fantastic Four, which first was owned by Fox Studios and since its merger with Disney, Marvel has the opportunity to bring the movie directly into MCU now.
The Fantastic Four franchise has always been a fan favorite and Marvel’s head honcho Kevin Feige is fully aware of it. Fans have been continuously making requests for certain actors and actresses to join the team and it seems like Marvel is aware of that. Given everything, even with all this information, Marvel boss Feige has come clean and cleared it once and for all that there won’t be any kind of announcements related to the movie, anytime soon, specially related to cast.
Well, that’s a bummer but we can’t blame him. Marvel has already got a lot on its plate and given the fact that the movie will be releasing by the end of Phase 4, there seems to be enough time. The approximate release date for the movie is somewhere around the Summer of 2023. Also, as for people involved with the movie, Jon Watts is the only one that’s popping up at the moment. The man has helmed the Spiderman Trilogy and will also lead the upcoming Fantastic Four movie.
As for the cast, one of the top contenders has been John Krasinski and also Emily Blunt. While John has shown interest in the movie, Emily Blunt recently mentioned in an interview that she has no wish to join any superhero movie at the moment. We also are sure that Marvel will definitely cast some fantastic actors for the Fantastic Four because this will be a movie that will keep everyone on toes.
So now, even though we know that there won’t be any news related to the movie at the moment, Feige believes that they will be able to put out some news sometime, but definitely not now. So, as far as the production and filming of the movie goes, “Fantastic Four” is now said to be officially in the early production stage.
