The Watcher’ made its streaming debut more than a month back on Netflix and the series has become quite popular amongst OTT audiences since then. As per the latest Nielsen’s weekly top ten streaming chart (for 24th to 30th October week), the seven-part series has topped the coveted list for the same period.
And in doing that, ‘The Watcher’ has beaten a premium Netflix title – Guillermo del Toro’s horror anthology ‘Cabinet of Curiosities’. As per the Nielsen’s weekly overall top ten streaming chart (for 24th to 30th October week), ‘The Watcher’ has garnered around a whopping 1.23 billion minutes. While Guillermo del Toro’s ‘Cabinet of Curiosities’ is just a little behind and has clocked 1.12 billion minutes.
The third-best title on Nielsen’s overall top ten streaming list has been bagged by Netflix’s drama series ‘From Scratch’ with 1.02 billion minutes. Other titles on the Nielsen top ten streaming list include ‘Love is Blind’ series (1.01 billion minutes), ‘The Good Nurse’ (1 billion minutes), ‘The Blacklist’ (735 million minutes), and the ‘House of the Dragon’ series (705 million minutes), amongst others. And Netflix has bagged a whopping nine out of ten titles while the remaining title is streaming on HBO Max (HOTD).
