These AMC Shows To Stream On Max Ad-Free For Two Months

American streaming services Max and AMC+ are collaborating for what is being described as a ‘programming pop-up’ and through which Max will stream a host of AMC+ titles on its OTT platform. Starting from 1st September and ending on 31st October (for a period of two full months), Max will air entire seasons of seven AMC original shows consisting of a total of more than 200 episodes ad-free and that too without any charging extra bucks from its subscribers (for both ad-free and ad-supported tiers).

The AMC+ titles which will be streamed on Max during the two month promotional period (September and October) will be: ‘Fear the Walking Dead’ (Season-1 to Season-7), ‘Anne Rice’s Interview With the Vampire; (Season-1), ‘Dark Winds’ (Season-1), ‘Gangs of London’ (Season-1 & Season-2), ‘Ride With Norman Reedus (Season-1 to Season-5), ‘A Discovery of Witches; (Season-1 to Season-3) and ‘Killing Eve’ (Season-1 to Season-4).

And it looks like this collaboration between the two streaming services Max and AMC+ will be good for both streamers. Because Max subscribers in the US will be able to enjoy AMC+ content for two months for free. And AMC+ titles and the overall brand will benefit from getting marketed on a popular and premium OTT platform like Max. So, it’s a win-win situation for both the parties, also from a subscriber growth point of view. It’s currently not known whether the Max-AMC+ collab involves some kind of monetary exchange or not.

In India, HBO and Max titles can be streamed on the Jio Cinema OTT platform. On the other hand, AMC+ content is being offered as a channel on the Amazon Prime Video streaming service. So, the aforementioned partnership between Max and AMC+ won’t be applicable for Indian OTT users. Stay tuned to Binged for the latest film industry and OTT updates.
