This isn’t the first time a member from the starcast of ‘Glee’ lost their life at such a young age. Earlier, Cory Monteith died in July 2013 due to drug overdose when he was just 31. His body was found in a hotel room in Vancouver, British Columbia. Another Glee fame that died young was Mark Saling, 35, who committed suicide in January 2018 weeks before he was about to be sentenced to prison for possession of child pornography.
Though many have denied anything like a ‘Glee Curse’ the show has had its fair share of tragedy. Apart from the above mentioned deaths, various other scandals and tragedies happened with people associated with the show. Fans of the show seem to have found respite by creating their own theories surrounding such incidents.
But to make such baseless theories doesn’t do good to anyone. At times when friends and family are grieving for the lost soul, giving any such angle to their death is sad. It’s the time to pray for her soul to rest in peace rather than spinning fantasies around it. The fact that as many as three young people had a common link has nothing to do with their death.
Rivera used to play the role of Santana Lopez on the Fox television series Glee which aired from 2009 to 2015. She won several nominations, awards and critical acclaim for her remarkable performance in the show.
