Prime Video India has decided to launch its horror stuff this April as two of the original contents slated for the month as of now are both from the said category.
First one as we already know is Nushrratt Bharuccha and Soha Ali Khan starrer ’Chhorii 2’ by Vishal Furia coming to Prime Video this Friday.
The second one is an original series titled ‘Khauf’ which was announced last year and comes from the makers of ‘Scoop’, ‘Manica, O My Darling’, ’ ‘All India Rank’, ‘Three Of Us’ and most recently ‘IC 814: The Kandahar Hijack’.
Created and written by Smita Singh, ‘Khauf’ follows the story of a young woman who becomes entangled in a struggle against unexplained forces inside and outside her hostel room, while confronting her troubled past.
Pankaj Kumar and Surya Balakrishnan serve as directors of ‘Khauf’ that stars an ensemble cast of Monika Pawar, Rajat Kapoor, Abhishek Chauhan, Gagan Arora, Geetanjali Kulkarni and Shilpa Shukla.
Produced by Sanjay Routray, Dikssha Routray and Sarita Patil under their Matchbox Shots banner, ‘Khauf’ will start streaming on Prime Video this April 18th, 2025.
