This Explosive Series Might Be Back to Your TV Screens Earlier Than Expected

Not long ago, after ‘Sex Education’ season 2 premiered this year, Netflix green lit the British dramedy for a season 3. After that explosive finale, we want more. The show premiered first in 2019. It is created by Laurie Nunn (Radiance) tells the story of a teenage boy who opens a sex clinic in his high school assuming he’s learnt all about it from his mother who is a sex therapist.

Sadly, as the pandemic took over the world impacting major productions to stop filming. The show was initially starting to shoot in May this year.

Now after almost 4 months, with keeping safety regulations in check many countries have begun allowing filming. The series ‘Sex Education’ is expected to start filming in August. With this we can expect it on small screens by January 2021.

Season 3 details : Otis (‘Asa Butterfield’), Jean (‘Gillian Anderson’), Maeve (‘Emma Mackey’), Aimee (‘Aimee Lou Wood’), Adam (‘Connor Swindells’), Jackson (‘Kedar Williams-Stirling’), Ola (‘Patricia Allison’), Lily (‘Tanya Reynolds’), Headmaster Groff (‘Alistair Petrie’), and ‘Ncuti Gatwa’ as Eric will return to the show. The upcoming season might explore Maeve’ concerns regarding her mother, how will Otis and Maeve find their way back since Maeve doesn’t know about Otis’ declaration of love. We will also see Laurie explore the challenging and complicated conversations families have with teenagers. Aimee’s reveal of her trauma with sexual assault might be revisited.
