It’s the weekend and we’re back again with yet another entertaining OTT recommendation for our readers which should be a delightful watch for fans of the sci-fi / horror / thriller genres. We are talking about a recently released Hulu original film called ‘No One Will Save You’, which is streaming in India on the Disney+ Hotstar OTT platform.
The sci-fi horror home invasion thriller movie ‘No One Will Save You’ revolves around an alienated and lonely but talented young woman Brynn (played by Kaitlyn Dever of ‘Unbelievable’ true crime series fame), who lives alone in her childhood small-town home. But her life suddenly takes a drastic turn one night when she finds out that some extraterrestrial beings have intruded her home. And now, Brynn must fight back against the alien creatures while dealing with her own past.
And, as the film’s title suggests – no one is coming to save her, and she is totally on her own. The movie has been directed by Brian Duffield, who had helmed the well received 2020 dark comedy romantic horror film ‘Spontaneous’.
‘No One Will Save You’ has got a decent critics’ score of 78% on reviews aggregation website Rotten Tomatoes based on 46 reviews. On Metacritic, the film currently holds a meta-score of 64, indicating “generally favourable reviews”.
