We suggest you watch a recently released horror comedy movie called ‘Totally Killer’, which is streaming in India on the Amazon Prime Video OTT platform. The film has elements which are reminiscent of Robert Zemeckis’s time-travel movie series ‘Back to the Future’ and slasher films like ‘Scream’.
The basic story of ‘Totally Killer’ revolves around a young woman named Jamie, who somehow travels back in time to the year 1987 and teams up with her mother after the dreaded Sweet Sixteen killer returns after a gap of thirty-five years. Now Jamie must stop the would-be murderer before it’s too late, but she must also race against time and avoid getting trapped in the year 1987. The film has been directed by Nahnatchka Khan.
With a runtime of around one hour and forty-five minutes, ‘Totally Killer’ has received decent reviews from critics. The film currently holds an impressive critics’ score of 84% and is ‘Certified Fresh’ of reviews aggregation website Rotten Tomatoes.
