The magnum opus film titled ‘Dosa King’ is inspired by a globally sensational case that followed the epic clash between restaurant mogul P. Rajagopal, the founder of Hotel Sarvana Bhavan and the fearless Jeevajothi, who took on the powerful tycoon. The film will chronicle the events of rise and fall of the legendary and famous empire built by Rajagopal and will set the stage for a battle of ambition, power and justice.
Written by TJ Gnanavel and Hemanth Rao, ‘Dosa King’ is a fictional, thrilling drama that is close to the heart of Gnanavel who has been following Jeevajothi’s journey since his journalism days. He further adds that “‘Dosa King’ is a hard-hitting exposes how the story that exposes how the system functions, with a focus on crime and thirller aspects of the narrative. I want to explore the extreme situations of life and tell a deeper story with an untold perspective on the case.”
