Krantiveer: Streaming on Zee5

KrantiveerKrantiveer is one of the earliest movies when Nana Patekar came to the forefront for his amazing acting skills. Krantiveer revolves around the life of Pratap who is a young gambler and his family disowns him. He comes to Mumbai and is adopted by his landlord Laxminath but when Laxminath gets murdered he takes an oath to take revenge and thus all the events transpire.

The special thing about this film was that it never tried to whitewash the image of the main protagonist yet showed him in all his glory filled with flaws and mistakes.

Nana Patekar is a pan-India star therefore it would be wrong if we hadn’t mentioned some of his most esteemed roles in Bollywood films. He has come through the regional industry and made his mark in a cutthroat world of entertainment and cinema.

He has achieved a lot in his time and hopefully still has a lot more to give us through his beautifully portrayed stories and characters.
