Top Indian OTT Titles Streaming This Week: Jubilee, Romancham Etc

Last week was marked with the arrival of some exciting Indian OTT titles including several films and web series such as ‘Gaslight’, ‘United Kacche’, and ‘Almost Pyaar with D.J. Mohabbat’, to name a few.

Likewise, the current week too has some eagerly anticipated OTT titles coming up. For this article, we have compiled a list of the top Indian titles streaming on OTT platforms this week.

IRL – In Real Love (Streaming on Netflix from 6th April)

Hosted by Rannvijay Singha and Gauahar Khan, the competition reality series follows the lives of four singles and their pursuit for true love. Will they choose going offline or opt for virtual romance?

Jubilee (Streaming on Amazon Prime Video from 7th April)

The period drama series created by Vikramaditya Motwane (Lootera) focuses on various characters and the dreams, rivalries, and scandals related to them during the golden age of the Hindi film industry. The show features Prosenjit Chatterjee, Aparshakti Khurana, Aditi Rao Hydari, and Ram Kapoor, amongst others.

Romancham (Streaming on Disney+ Hotstar from 7th April)

Helmed by Jithu Madhavan, the Malayalam horror comedy movie revolves around a group of friends living in Bengaluru. One day, they decide to play Ouija board for fun, but the goings-on take an interesting turn when the ghost they called shows no intention of leaving.

Ayothi (Streaming on Zee5 from 7th April)

The Tamil language drama movie revolves around the story of an Ayodhya-based family comprising four members and their journey to Rameswaram. But the goings-on take a drastic turn when an unfortunate incident happens, and they are struck in a hapless situation.

Burqa (Streaming on Aha Video from 7th April)

Sarjun KM’s hard-hitting movie revolves around the story of two strangers (played by Kalaiyarasan and Mirnaa) and how circumstances force them to spend a night together. The two protagonists strike a chord and discuss various sensitive issues.

Byomkesh O Piranjal Season-8 (Streaming on Hoichoi from 7th April)

Anirban Bhattacharya reprises his role as the astute and legendary detective Byomkesh Bakshi. In the latest season, which is set in the 1930s era, the titular protagonist must protect Bengal from an evil force.
