Abhay Season 3 (Streaming on Zee5)

The dark crime thriller series features Kunal Kemmu in the role of a no-nonsense, upright, and brilliant cop and his daredevil adventures to catch criminal masterminds. In the third season, the STF head must face a cult leader and a mass murderer Mrityu (played by Vijay Raaz) while dealing with his own inner demons. The show has been directed by Ken Ghosh of Shahid Kapoor’s ‘Ishq Vishk’ fame.

The King’s Man (Streaming on Disney+ Hotstar)

It’s a period prequel to the titular film series namely ‘Kingsman: Secret Service’ (2014) and ‘Kingman: The Golden Circle’ (2017). Based on the comic book titled ‘The Secret Service’, the film is set in the early 20th Century period and revolves around how the first independent intelligence Kingsman agency was instituted to avert an evil plan to eliminate millions by criminal masterminds.

Naradhan (Streaming on Amazon Prime Video)

The film is a political thriller film whose story revolves around renowned news anchor Chandraprakash (played by Tovino Thomas). Owing to pressure from the top brass, he transforms himself into a morally compromised and ruthless journalist who can go to any lengths to be on the top spot in the cutthroat world of journalism.

Elite Season 5 (Streaming on Netflix)

It’s a Spanish drama thriller show that is set amidst the backdrop of an elite school called Las Encinas in Spain. Narrated in two timelines, the show’s plot revolves around the glaring disparities between the school’s super affluent students and their working-class teenage counterparts.

All the Old Knives (Streaming on Amazon Prime Video)

Based on Olen Steinhauer’s novel of the same name, the espionage thriller movie follows an experienced CIA agent Henry Pelham (Chris Pine). He is given the task to track the agent who had leaked vital information that had led to the loss of more than 100 lives six years ago. The investigation reunites him with his colleague and former lover Celia Harrison (Thandiwe Newton).

Taanakkaran (Streaming on Disney+ Hotstar)

The Tamil language cop drama movie is ostensibly based on true events about police training in Tamil Nadu in 1997. The film’s underlying premise revolves around an aspiring cop (played by Vikram Prabhu) and how he struggles to survive the police officers’ training program under a ruthless training instructor.

Ek Love Ya (Streaming on Zee5)

It’s a Kannada romantic thriller film that revolves around a bright student and aspiring lawyer Amar (played by Raanna), who resorts to alcoholism after heartbreak with his childhood romantic interest Anitha (Reeshma).

He wants to take revenge on the girl for his rejected love. But his life soon takes a drastic turn when he is accused of a crime he apparently did not commit.

Stand Up Rahul (Streaming on Aha Video)

The Telugu romantic drama movie’s plot follows the titular protagonist Rahul (Raj Tharun), who is not in favor of getting married owing to his parent’s separation. But things begin to change when he falls in love with a girl Shreya (Varsha Bollama), who encourages him to tap his potential as a stand-up comedian.

Metal Lords (Streaming on Netflix)

The musical comedy-drama film has been written by ‘Game of Thrones’ co-creator D.B. Weiss. The plot revolves around the efforts of two teenage friends Hunter and Kevin to start a heavy metal band in their school. With the help of a cellist named Emily and despite their differences, their aim is to win the Battle of the Bands.
