Freddy (Streaming on Disney+ Hotstar)

Helmed by Shashanka Ghosh, the Kartik Aaryan starrer romantic mystery thriller movie features the good-looking actor in the titular role of Dr. Freddy Ginwala, a reclusive dentist with a troubled past whose only friend is his pet turtle named Hardy.

Goodbye (Streaming on Netflix)

Directed by Vikas Bahl, the comedy drama movie features Amitabh Bachchan alongside Rashmika Mandanna, Neena Gupta, Sunil Grover, Pavail Gulati, and Ashish Vidyarthi, amongst others. The story revolves around the dysfunctional Bhalla family. The goings-on take a drastic turn after the sudden demise of a family member and focus on the deceased member’s funeral.

India Lockdown (Streaming on Zee5)

This Madhur Bhandarkar’s directorial drama movie follows four parallel stories of a father-daughter duo, a Kamathipura sex worker, an impoverished migrant worker, and a workaholic female pilot amidst the backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic.

“Sr.” (Streaming on Netflix)

The 90-minute emotional documentary film revolves around the life and career of visionary filmmaker Robert Downey Sr., the Late father of popular ‘Avengers’ star Robert Downey Jr.

Love Today (Streaming on Netflix)

The premise of the Tamil language romantic drama movie revolves around a couple whose phones are exchanged for a day, leading to an amusing turn of events. It features Pradeep Ranganathan alongside Radhika Sathyakumar, Sathyaraj, and Yogi Babu.

Warriors of Future (Streaming on Netflix)

Set in the near future, the Hong Kong sci-fi action movie is about a meteor carrying a powerful and destructive extra-terrestrial plant called Pandora. After the meteor strikes a now barren Earth, it’s up to a group of survivors to save their city from widespread destruction and become the last hope for mankind.

Monster (Streaming on Disney+ Hotstar)

Helmed by Vysakh, the Malayalam language crime thriller movie revolves around a married couple (played by Honey Rose and Sudev Nair). On the day of their first marriage anniversary, a mysterious businessman named Lucky Singh (Mohanlal) forcibly enters their lives with apparently ulterior motives.

Vadhandhi (Streaming on Amazon Prime Video)

The eight-episode Tamil language mystery series helmed by Andrew Louis and backed by Pushkar-Gayatri features S.J. Suryah as a hardworking cop Vivek, who takes up the case of the murder of a beautiful girl named Velonie.

Lady Chatterley’s Lover (Streaming on Netflix)

Based on D.H. Lawrence’s novel, the romantic drama movie follows the titular protagonist Lady Chatterley (played by Emma Corrin), who gets romantically involved with her husband’s country estate gamekeeper. Will she follow what her heart tells her, or will she go back to her husband?

Ginna (Streaming on Amazon Prime Video)

The mystery comedy film features Vishnu Manchu as the titular protagonist Ginna, who makes a living by running a tent business in his village. His debt-ridden life gets a fresh hope after the arrival of his childhood buddy Renuka (Sunny Leone). Ginna also has a liking towards another friend Swathi (Payal Rajput) and that’s where the goings-on turn interesting.

Nitham Oru Vaanam (Streaming on Netflix)

After his fiancé leaves him, a timid and introverted man named Arjun (Ashok Selvan) suffering from OCD reads two compelling but incomplete stories. He begins a journey to find the ending of these stories and along the way, he meets a young woman Subha (Ritu Varma), who accompanies him.

Firefly Lane Season-2 (Streaming on Netflix)

Based on Kristin Hannah’s novel of the same name, the drama series follows the lives of two best friends – Tully, a popular talk show host and a struggling homemaker Kate. The story is about how the two women support each other through the ups and downs of their lives right from their teenage days set in the 1970s to their adulthood in the early 2000s period.

Miral (Streaming on Aha Video)

Helmed by M. Sakthivel, the slasher horror flick follows a married couple Rama (Vani Bhojan) and Hari (Bharath), who must defend themselves from a stranger who is trying to kill the family.

Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Rodrick Rules (Streaming on Disney+ Hotstar)

The animated comedy movie is based on Jeff Kinney’s 2008 book of the same name and focuses on the complex relationship between the accident-prone middle school student Greg and his indolent and unruly elder brother Rodrick.

Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan Season-4 (Streaming on Voot Select)

The teenage romantic drama series follows the story of Manik Malhotra (played by Parth Samthaan) and Nandini Murthy (played by Niti Taylor) and how they try to balance their relationship along with other relationships.

The Witch: Part 2. The Other One (Streaming on Amazon Prime Video)

The South Korean sci-fi action horror movie follows the story of a mysterious girl, who wakes up in a large laboratory. She runs away from there and meets a woman named Kyung Hee, who takes the girl to her house for help. Soon after, they are chased by powerful men. Now the mysterious girl must use her superpowers to save her life.

Hot Skull (Streaming on Netflix)

The mystery adventure film is set in a dark, dystopian world affected by an epidemic which spreads through language and speech. Only one man, a linguist named Murat, is somehow immune. A ruthless institution is after Murat and now, he must leave the safe zone and flee to Istanbul in order to unearth the mystery behind his immunity – his ‘hot skull’.
