The Viral Fever is on a roll with returning seasons of its popular web series. After ‘Panchayat’ season 3, ‘Gullak 4’ and upcoming ’Kota Factory’ season 3, this time it’s Amazon MiniTV’s ‘Sixer’ that’s coming back for season 2.
‘Sixer’ season 2 has now begun filming and will soon make its way to Amazon MiniTV. In season one the series followed a ragtag group of cricketers and cricket enthusiasts who came together overcoming personal odds and helped each other to give a clear shot at winning the local tennis ball cricket tournament.
The first season of ‘Sixer’ was loved by many and received positive reviews from critics and audience alike. After two years the team is coming back with a much anticipated second season.
With an original story by Shivankit Singh Parihar (‘Aspirants’) who also stars in the show, ‘Sixer’ is directed by Divyanshu Malhotra. The other members of the technical team include Harish Peddinti, Chaitanya Kumbhakonum, Shreyansh Pandey and Vijay Koshy.
