Twitter Erupts Over Ray Fisher’s Death In Zack Snyder’s Rebel Moon

Ray Fisher’s Darrian Bloodaxe is one of the few impressive characters in Zack Snyder’s latest feature, Rebel Moon. However, fans have become pretty vocal about how Bloodaxe meets his death in the film. Many believe that Fisher was underutilized in the film. And they are not wrong about that!

However, considering how little screen time he received, the movie does not do justice to the actor’s abilities. Fisher is a great acting talent. Just when we start rooting for Darrian in the film, he dies.

Although, many believe that Fisher would receive a lot more screen time in Snyder’s cut of Rebel Moon. The director holds a significant portion of the film’s footage for his cut. It means fans may get a more satisfying portrayal of Darrian Bloodaxe in the helmer’s version of the movie. This scenario looks strikingly similar to Zack Snyder’s Justice League, which treated Fisher’s Cyborg as its ‘heart’ rather than just a normal side character. On the other hand, Joss Whedon’s version of Justice League really did him dirty.
