‘Enemy Of The State’ is a political thriller written by David Marconi and directed by Tony Scott. It stars Will Smith, Gene Hackman, Jon Voight, Regina King, Loren Dean and many others. The movie tells the story of Robert Dean, a lawyer who receives the evidence of a murder of a politician. Robert is soon targeted by corrupt politicians and the government goons that work for them. The lawyer now has to fight for his life as well as protect and expose the evidence. A thriller that will make your veins rushing with adrenaline, ‘Enemy Of The State’ is a must watch for all suspense fans. The cinematography is handled by Dan Mindel and the music is given by Trevor Rabin and Harry Gregson-Williams. The movie got huge success at the box office and it was appreciated by critics too. Mystic River (2003) – Amazon Prime Video:
‘Mystic River’ is a neo-noir crime thriller written by Brian Helgeland and directed by Clint Eastwood. It stars actors like Sean Penn, Tim Robbins, Kevin Bacon, Laurence Fishburne, Marcia Gay Harden and Laura Linney. Loaded with beautiful performances and smart execution, Mystic River is an engaging thriller adapted from the novel of the same name by Dennis Lehane. Eastwood himself composed the music of the film. Mystic River Tells the story of three men who used to be childhood friends. Their lives change drastically when the daughter of one of them is murdered. Sean, a police officer, investigates the murder and reaches the depths of another crime that happened years ago. The film was nominated and won many prestigious awards, and was critically acclaimed by many. If you are a fan of thrillers, you should not miss Mystic River at any cost. It exhibits the directorial genius of Clint Eastwood.
