Uber Stylish Trailer For Narcos: Mexico Season 3 Reveals New Kingpin

The third and final season of Netflix’s grossly underrated ‘Narcos: Mexico‘ will be a fitting conclusion to the Narcos saga. Netflix has just dropped the first full trailer for Narcos: Mexico Season 3, and it is uber stylish as hell. Narcos: Mexico Season 3 premieres on Netflix on November 5.

Narcos: Mexico Season 3 will have ten episodes. The narrative picks up after the events of the previous season. Season 3 is set in the nineties, and takes the saga forward, narrating the war that breaks out amongst the cartels after Felix’s (Diego Luna in the previous season) arrest. The fall of the old guard leads to the rise of a new generation of drug kingpins. Narcos: Mexico Season 3 captures the chaos that ensues in the Mexican drug cartels after the events of Season 2.

But chaos brings opportunity for the shrewd new kingpin of the Mexican drug trade. Amado Carrillo Fuentes (José María Yazpik), waiting and watching in the sidelines, swoops down into the chaos and siezes the opportunity up for grabs.

The date announcement teaser for Narcos: Mexico Season 3 had centred on new addition to the cast Luisa Rubino, who plays Andrea Nuñez, an ambitious young journalist, intent on exposing the corruption that has allowed drug cartels to flourish in her country. This time around in the full-fledged trailer, the focus is unflinchingly on Yazpik’s Amado. The trailer promises a sumptuous, lip-smacking new season for Narcos junkies.

Luis Gerardo Méndez, Alberto Guerra and Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, aka Bad Bunny, are the other new additions to the cast for Narcos: Mexico Season 3. Returning cast members include Scoot McNairy, José María Yázpik, Alfonso Dosal, Mayra Hermosillo, Matt Letscher, Manuel Masalva, Alejandro Edda and Gorka Lasaosa.
