HBO’s video game to series adaptation ‘The Last of Us’ has set a new benchmark on game-based entertainment content for the screen. Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, 2010 (Streaming on Disney+ Hotstar)

The action-adventure movie features Swedish actress Alicia Vikander in the role of Lara Croft. The fearless and intelligent protagonist embarks on a daredevil mission to find the whereabouts of her missing father (Dominic West) in an unfamiliar territory.
Uncharted, 2022 (Streaming on Netflix)
It’s an adaptation of the popular PlayStation video game of the same name and features Tom Holland and Mark Wahlberg in the roles of fortune hunter Nathan Drake and his mentor Sully. The street-smart Nathan teams up with the experienced fortune hunter Sully and together they embark on a globe-trotting adventure and decipher clues to find a long-lost multi-billion-dollar treasure.
Resident Evil, 2002 (Streaming on Zee5)
The action horror movie follows a woman named Alice (Milla Jovovich), who is struggling with memory loss. She finds herself among a team of highly trained commandos who are sent on a time-sensitive mission to contain a deadly virus which has transformed scientists of an underground lab into flesh-hungry zombies.
