This is determined by the number of pageviews these titles are generating on IMDb. Each title is then ranked by IMDb as per the aggregate number of pageviews.
Although Ajay Devgn’s eagerly anticipated directorial venture ‘Bholaa’ has topped IMDb’s most anticipated Indian titles list, an upcoming Disney+ Hotstar film is ruling the roost on the Indian OTT front.
We’re talking about Hotstar’s whodunnit mystery thriller movie ‘Gaslight’ starring Sara Ali Khan, Vikrant Massey, and Chitrangda Singh in the lead roles which has bagged the second spot on the IMDb list. Directed by Pavan Kriplani (Ragini MMS, Bhoot Police), the film’s story revolves around a paraplegic woman, who visits her ancestral home and must unearth the mystery behind her estranged father’s death.
The third most anticipated Indian title on the IMDb list is the upcoming Netflix crime thriller movie ‘Chor Nikal Ke Bhaga’, which follows the story of a flight attendant (Yami Gautam), who plans to execute a diamond heist with a friend’s help inside a plane, to get rid of a debt. But their plan goes awry when the plane gets hijacked.
