Vakeel Saab To Go Back To The Negotiations Table with Amazon Prime Video?

Telugu Superstar Pawan Kalyan‘s Comeback film, Vakeel Saab has got good reviews but that could not translate into collections. The movie ended up as a loss venture in the domestic and overseas markets. The movie is already struggling in the theaters and then, the COVID second wave has come as the final nail in the coffin finishing its run.

Prior to the movie release, the makers have signed a 50 days agreement with Amazon Prime Video for the film’s Digital Rights. With the prevailing conditions, it makes no sense to wait that long. Renegotiating with the OTT platform will earn some more revenue for the makers. Let us see what they do!

Fifty days theatrical window means the movie may stream on Amazon Prime Video from May 29th. Getting it forward at least by three weeks will benefit Amazon Prime Video as well as the filmmakers. We are told that the makers are in similar plans and will initiate the talks very soon.

Vakeel Saab is the official Telugu Remake of Bollywood Blockbuster, Pink. However, Vakeel Saab is a highly commercialized Remake of Pink. The movie even has a heroine track with Shruti Hassan. This is the second Remake of Pink after Nerkonda Parvai, a Tamil film starring Ajith. While Pink is available on Amazon Prime Video, Nerkonda Parvai is streaming on Zee5 in India.
