Venky Mama’s Digital Rights to This Platform!

Movie lovers are increasingly curious about the digital rights and the online release of films than the theatrical releases off late. While producers are in a fix about the lessening theatrical revenues by the day, the entertainment industry is trying hard to come up with a solution that balances the interests of the OTT platforms and theatre owners.

Meanwhile, sources reveal that the digital rights of the multistarrer Venky Mama, featuring the likes of Venkatesh, Naga Chaitanya, Raashi Khanna and Payal Rajput in lead roles, has gone to Sun NXT, while Gemini TV will host its television premiere as well.

Venky Mama, initially scheduled as a Dasara release, will make to the theatres on December 13, i.e. actor Venkatesh’s birthday. S Thaman has composed the music for this family drama that is being directed by Sardaar Gabbar Singh-fame KS Ravindra a.k.a Bobby. What are your expectations from it?
