Exclusive Tamil OTT platform Aha Tamil has just dropped an exciting bit of news for fans of its comedy drama, ‘Vera Maari Office’. The workplace sitcom is all set to get a spinoff series of its own, titled ‘Vera Maari Love Story’.
As the title suggests, Aha Tamil’s spinoff of Vera Maari Office will be a romantic drama. Interestingly, the spinoff series weaves a road trip into the story, adding to the fun. Vera Maari Love Story will premiere on Aha Tamil on 14th February, 2024, as an apt offering for Valentine’s Day from the platform.
The new spinoff series ‘Vera Maari Love Story’ will follow the cute love story of Ramya and Sathya, two primary characters from the original, Vera Maari Office. Lavanya reprises her role of Ramya from the original. Kannadhasan too returns as Sathya in Vera Maari Love Story.
RJ Vijay as Azagesan aka Algates, Soundariya Nanjundan as Leena, VJ Pappu as Maari, Syama Harini as Shyama, Vikkals Vikram as Kesavan, among others, also return in the Vera Maari Office spin-off series.
Chidambaram Manivannan, director of Vera Maari Office, returns to direct Vera Maari Love Story. The spinoff series is again created and produced by Shivakanth, under his production banner of Kanaa Production.
