Many a times we start watching a show or movie to decide if it’s worth continuing only to midway realise, it’s wise to switch! This switch will not change the fact that you watched the previous content for atleast a few minutes and it will stay in your ‘Continue Watching’ section. These titles remain in that row and will be pushed down only after you start watching a significant number of new titles. A few days ago, Netflix introduced this new feature ‘Remove from Row’ to enable all users to delete everything that they wish to discontinue from their ‘Continue Watching’ row and their subscribers couldn’t have been happier!
You can remove annoying, embarrassing and all other unwanted shows or movies that pop up on your homepage! Users are going crazy for this new feature. They’re loving Netflix more than ever. The new feature is giving them more control over their Netflix profile. Users love the way their list is now filled with only the content they are genuinely interested in! In case you wondering how to enable this feature, we have got you covered!
You can select the title you wish to remove and then click ‘Remove from Row’ at the bottom. Earlier, this feature was only made available to Android users but from 29th June, it was available to iOS users as well. However, Netflix has revealed, this still might not be something everybody can gain access to. But there’s another solution- ‘Hide.’ Hiding titles will remove them from your ‘Continue Watching’ section. Those titles won’t appear as something you have watched and it will also restrict recommendations related to that show or movie. It will pop only if you choose to watch it again and will be like a fresh title. It can take up to 24 hours for the titles to disappear from subscribers’ account. Go ahead, declutter your account!
