The latest update from ‘Ponniyin Selvan: Part One’ has Vikram roaring like a lion in one of those behind the scene dubbing sessions for the epic film. The multi starrer epic drama ‘Ponniyin Selvan: Part One’ will release in cinemas on 30th September, 2022 in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada.
Making up for his absence during the trailer launch event, the makers have released a short video of Vikram from the dubbing session in different languages where he can be seen delivering dialogue with all power and in an impactful heavy voice which ends with a roar that’s quite intimidating.
Vikram stars as Cholan crown prince Aditya Karikalan in the film. He was the commander of northern troops in Sundara Chola’s reign and was also the elder brother of Arunmozhi Varman who later went on to become the great Chola emperor Raja Raja Chola aka ‘Ponniyin Selvan’.
Sharing the short video on social media, Madras Talkies wrote,
