Today happens to be the 48th birthday of superstar Hrithik Roshan. Needless to say, he is one of the biggest names in the Hindi film industry and fans are always excited about his films.
On the occasion of his birthday, the first look of his upcoming film Vikram Vedha has been released. The original is a Tamil movie in which Vijay Sethupathi played the role of Vedha.
It was a kind of film that talked about the blurred line between good and evil. Normally in a typical cop drama, we assume that the police must be divine and the other party evil.
But, things are not that simple and the demarcation between good and evil is never really prominent. The character of Vedha played by Vijay Sethupathi establishes the same fact.
Regardless, the character of Vedha is not villainous but is definitely not heroic. So after a very long wait, Hrithik Roshan is playing a grey character.
Saif Ali Khan will play the character of Vikram in the movie who is after Vedha.
Apart from Saif, Radhika Apte is also a part of the film.
Gayathri and Pushkar directed the original Tamil movie and they are also directing this Hindi version.
It will be a big challenge for Hrithik and Saif to play the characters better than Vijay Sethupathi and R. Madhavan respectively. But there is no doubt about the fact that both of them are extremely talented actors.
Whether the film is worthy or not will be clear on 30th September 2022.
