Amazon MiniTV has announced a new web series ‘Crimes Aaj Kal’ today with Vikrant Massey acting as the host. Inspired by true events, ‘Crimes Aaj Kal’ is set to premiere on 24th March, with new episodes every Friday, on Amazon MiniTV within the Amazon shopping app.
In the announcement video launched today for ‘Crimes Aaj Kal’ Vikrant Massey talks about how young minds who could have been the future of the country but turned into some of the deadliest criminals. We also get to see glimpses of such evil and gruesome crimes and how it perplexes the police during their investigation. Massey’s style of narration seems very similar to how Anup Soni did it for TV’s popular show Crime Patrol and why not since both the shows come from the same creator Subbu Iyer.
As per Amazon MiniTV, ‘Crimes Aaj Kal’ is a thrilling web show hosted by Vikrant Massey that showcases the stories of modern-day crimes committed by modern-day criminals, based on true events happening all around the country. The show takes a deep dive into each case, witnessing a new and unique crime with each episode. With each story, the viewers get a glimpse into the dark underbelly of society and the heinous crimes of the modern day.
‘Crimes Aaj Kal’ is produced by Vipul D Shah’s Optymstix Media and will start streaming for free only on Amazon MiniTV within the Amazon shopping app from 24th March, 2024 with new episodes every Friday.
