Yep guys, it’s that time of the year again. Summer is coming fast and the final trailer for the latest Fast & Furious film, ‘Fast and Furious 9’ is finally out. This time, however, Vin Diesel himself came on to give it a smooth voice-over in his brilliantly deep, baritone… well, voice and he gave a rousing speech in true “Fast & Furious” fashion. The movie is expected to come out in a couple of months, so check out the trailer for the movie at the end of this article.
Like every other movie which was set to release last year, ‘Fast and Furious 9‘ AKA F9 too had a major setback and had to be pushed by an entire year, due to the coronavirus pandemic. And that’s why Diesel himself came in the trailer. The actor gave a brief speech about how the last year was a trying year, but finally, we get to go to the place we all love to escape in, to watch stories… At the cinemas.
Surprisingly, this promotion works. Outside movie shenanigans and behind the scenes crap aside, Diesel manages to get people interested in this film series again. Hopefully, it won’t be a bust like its predecessor. The trailer drops us straight into the action in true “Fast and Furious” style, so it got us on the edge of our seats from the very beginning.
A lot of the trailer is recycled from the previous promotional videos but some new scenes still grab our interest. With the introduction of John Cena’s character and the return of Sung Kang to play fan-favourite character Han, things are looking up for F9 currently. We are excited to see this film, even if it is yet another FF movie, but the stunts with the cars look insane (as far as we can see in the trailers) and we seriously hope to see some brilliant technical action featuring epic cars (for some reason).
The movie is expected to drop in June 2021, but no exact release date has been specified as of yet.
