An amazing thriller miniseries ‘The Nurse’ is now streaming on Netflix. It is a Danish show and primarily named ‘Sjuksköterskan’. The series is available to watch in Danish, English and Hindi. It is sort a medical thriller and legal thriller together and manages to keep the audience engaged.
The Nurse tells the ghastly and terrifying story of manslaughter by a nurse. The Danish police gets a call from the Nykøbing Falster Hospital one morning. A nurse complains about having doubts regarding a colleague killing off her patients. When the new nurse is recruited in the hospital, she soon starts suspecting one of her colleague’s behavior of attention seeking. She thinks her attention seeking may be related to the continuous deaths of the patients. There are soon prosecution and court cases and a search for evidences and the show turns out to be a wonderful thriller.
The series is created by Kasper Barfoed and stars actors like Fanny Louise Bernth, Josephine Park, Peter Zandersen, Dick Kaysø, Selma Kjær Kuscu, Amelie Lindegård, Sofia Cukic, Stephanie Nguyen, Mathilde Eusebius, Stine Schrøder Jensen, Sara Fanta Traore, Shahbaz and SarwarTammi Øst. The show premiered in Denmark on the 27th of April and it has been said to be inspired from a true story. If you are a fan of thrillers, you should not let it go.
